Job Description - Mobile Wash Technician

Reports to: Mobile Fleet Wash Manager | Role type: Full-time, hourly

Role Overview

Mobile Wash Technicians are responsible for completing truck washes on client sites, including completing basic equipment maintenance as needed.

Responsibilities

Completing Mobile jobs

• Complete minimum of 40 hours a week of mobile washing, per weekly schedule

• Complete washes at a high level, adhering to our quality standards

• Be able to complete all wash types with the appropriate chemicals

• Consistently and accurately complete paperwork after each job in ServiceTrade

• Follow all safety protocols

Using company vehicles & equipment

• Be able to safely operate company vehicles & pressure washing equipment, including being able to perform basic repairs that may come up while on a job

• Communicate proactively with Mobile Manager and Mechanic Manager in the event of any repairs needed to truck or equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized company truck

• Maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Be able to obtain a DOT Med Card (required by federal guidelines)

Behavioral expectations

• Be punctual - arrive on time and prepared for the shift, and be efficient on the job

• Maintain a flexible schedule, must be available to work both weekend days

• Communicate proactively with Mobile Manager in the event of delays or any issues completing a job

• Maintain positive attitude in team and client interactions

• Follow the code of conduct and understand that infractions will result in documentation in employee file and potential loss of bonus
